Material Requirements
Ad materials will be accepted digitally in the following formats: CD, Jaz disk, Zip disk, or Mac floppies. Preferred programs are QuarkXpress, Photoshop
and Illustrator. All disks must contain fonts, a font list and accompanying graphic files. Laser prints are not acceptable as camera-ready art.
Proof Requirements
All 4/C ads require a high-quality digital proof. All B/W ads require a positiveprint proof. If a proof is not supplied, one will be output and the advertiser
will be billed at prevailing rates.
